Anyone with a Klaviyo login can call themselves a Klaviyo agency, and more than 6,000 agencies sit somewhere in Klaviyo’s partner ecosystem. One badge separates the field: the Elite tier - “Elite Master” on the badge, the top rung of a ladder that climbs Silver, Gold, Platinum, Elite. By our count of Klaviyo’s partner directory this August, roughly 40 agencies worldwide currently hold it.
This is a shortlist of the six we’d actually recommend from that group - and every entry was verified against Klaviyo’s partner directory in August 2026. Elite status churns with every review cycle, and several well-known agencies still marketing the badge no longer hold it. What’s left is the strongest retention-focused Elite in the field, the tier’s biggest teams, and the market specialists for the UK, DACH, and France.

- Mailody - the DACH market’s Elite partner (Linz, Austria)
- EmailClub - the French market’s Elite partner, for 7-8 figure DTC brands

How Do We Know These Are the Best Klaviyo Elite Partner Agencies?
Because we’ve met all of them and seen their work in practice, while competing for projects. These are all firms providing a high quality of work, consistently. Additionally, every agency on this list was verified on Klaviyo’s partner directory in August 2026 - the Elite status is current. Nobody paid to be featured.
YOCTO
The Elite badge proves an agency can run Klaviyo at the highest level. It doesn’t say what they point it at. YOCTO points it at the numbers that decide DTC economics after the first order: churn, reorder, lifetime value. We own the whole retention side of a subscription P&L - offer and plan structure, cancellation flows, failed-payment recovery, cohort LTV analysis - and the Elite-level Klaviyo email and SMS programs, wired into Loop, Recharge, and Skio, that execute it. One team runs the analysis and the execution. Healf, ranked #1 on the 2026 FT1000 as Europe’s fastest-growing company, runs on a YOCTO retention program.
Who We Work With
DTC and subscription brands from $5M to $150M across the US, UK, and Europe - Healf, BetterMe, Kilo Health, Gratsi, Primal Viking, and Arctic Goddess among them.
Results We’re Proud Of
- 5× email revenue for Healf - while unsubscribes fell 40%
- 400%+ email and SMS revenue for BetterMe - a program built from a standing start
- $1M per week in email revenue for ColonBroom
- +92.5% email revenue for Evereden - on a subscriber base that grew 8×
- +38% win-back and +46% upsell conversion for Heights
And the platforms have published their own versions - independently, under their own names:

The agency reports €200M in client revenue generated since 2021, with CRM contributing 35% of revenue on average.
Who They Work With

Which Elite Partner Should You Call First?
Match the market, then the problem. A German-speaking brand belongs with Mailody; a French one with EmailClub. UK brands should choose between Underground Ecom and Get Better. US brands that want a big, systematized email machine call Flowium. And if the problem underneath is retention itself - churn, cancellations, failed payments, flat LTV - that’s YOCTO’s seat, in any market.
Our Recommendation
Every agency above can run Klaviyo at the highest level Klaviyo recognizes; the question is what you need run. Our conviction is on the record: in DTC, the money is won after the first order, so we built our entire Elite practice on the retention side of the P&L - subscription offers, cancellation flows, dunning, cohort LTV, and the email and SMS programs that move them. Klaviyo, Skio, Loop, and Bubblehouse have each published the results under their own names. If that’s the problem you’re hiring for, start free: the subscription diagnostic shows exactly where your retention program leaks revenue and what to fix first, before any commitment.
Frequently Asked Questions
Should you pick a Klaviyo agency by partner tier or by specialty?
Both - in that order. The tier verifies competence at scale; the specialty decides your outcome. This list ranks the Elite tier itself. If your problem is more specific than a badge, we’ve built those shortlists too: the best agencies for subscription brands and the best marketing agencies for health & wellness brands.
What is a Klaviyo Elite Partner?
The top tier of Klaviyo’s agency partner program. The ladder runs Silver, Gold, Platinum, Elite. Below the top, each level splits into two tracks - “Master” for agencies that fully manage client accounts, “Advisor” for referral-focused partners - but Elite exists only in the Master track, which is why the badge at the top reads “Elite Master.” The tier is not bought or self-declared: it requires managed and referred revenue thresholds, SMS adoption across the client book, team-wide certifications, published case studies, and a qualitative review by Klaviyo.
How many Klaviyo Elite Partner agencies are there?
Klaviyo publishes no official count. By our count of Klaviyo’s partner directory in August 2026, roughly 40 agencies worldwide currently wear the Elite Master badge - out of more than 6,000 agencies in the partner ecosystem.
How do you verify an agency’s Klaviyo partner tier?
Look them up on Klaviyo’s partner directory at connect.klaviyo.com and read the badge on their profile - don’t trust the website footer. Elite status is re-reviewed twice a year and held twelve months at a time, so it churns; in researching this list we found several well-known agencies still marketing “Elite” whose current badge is Platinum, and others delisted from the directory entirely.
Do you actually need an Elite partner?
Not always. Plenty of Gold and Platinum partners do excellent work, and an early-stage store rarely needs the tier’s overhead. What Elite buys you is proof at scale: the badge cannot be held without a large managed book, consistent results, and Klaviyo’s own review - twice a year. Past roughly $5M in revenue, when email and SMS are carrying seven figures, that proof is worth paying for.
How much does a Klaviyo Elite agency cost?
Most agencies at this tier price by custom proposal, typically mid-four to five figures per month depending on scope. We run simple month-to-month packages starting at €5,500. The full breakdown of what drives agency pricing is in our Klaviyo agency pricing guide.
