  • What is YOCTO’s fee structure like? We charge between $5500 – $9500 per month, depending on the complexity of your project. We will know the exact fee after we conduct an audit and develop a business case and growth projection for you.
  • Do you work on a performance model? We will know whether you’re eligible for a performance based engagement structure after we conduct an audit, but in short, yes, it’s possible, if the potential upside is high enough for us. 
  • What if we already have a copywriter and/or email designer? We’re happy to provide them briefs and guidance on how to achieve your targets. They should be receptive to our ideas.
  • What if we already have a Klaviyo manager? As above, we’re happy to provide them training and guidance on how to achieve your targets. They too, must be receptive.
  • Can you help create a custom integration for us? No. We’ve worked with most relevant apps and technologies in the Shopify ecosystem, but sadly, we do not have developers for custom integrations in-house.
